Information regarding the processing of personal data pursuant to Law No. 6698
1. Identity of the Data Controller
In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ('KVKK'), your personal data is processed by PRISMA Danışmanlık & AI ('Company') as the data controller within the scope described below.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data (name, email, document metadata) is processed for the purposes of providing AI-based audit services, creating user accounts, ensuring system security, and fulfilling legal obligations.
3. Method and Legal Basis for Data Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically via our web platform based on the legal grounds of 'performance of a contract' and 'legitimate interest of the data controller' as specified in Article 5 of the KVKK.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data is not transferred to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or judicial authorities.
5. Rights of the Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if processed, request correction of incomplete or incorrect data, and request deletion or destruction of data.
